Located in Jesús Pobre and in the Montgó National Park, near the Golf & Spa Resort La Sella and between Denia and Jávea is this beautiful, typical and traditional Mediterranean style country finca built over 100 years ago but well maintained with its original structural features.

The house has wide stone walls, the floor with tiles and a small Cordoban patio with flowers. The roof was completely reformed in 2001. The goal was to keep the original construction and style as much as possible.

The wide entrance to the property leads directly to the naya decorated with flowers.
On this main floor we find the kitchen (renovated a few years ago), the spacious living and dining room with fireplace, an additional dining room, a small office and the exit to the small but very beautiful Cordoban courtyard through which we reach the area of the pool (10x5 meters) where there is a covered barbecue area. All that area is south / west faced so we have a sunny location with views over the entire valley and the mountains to enjoy the sunsets.

On the upper level there are two bedrooms (up to 4 are possible in all the house), 2 bathrooms (one in suite), a small reading area and a laundry room. Here is also access to the covered terrace facing south-west with views of the valley.
The backyard is very beautiful and stepped, there is also a fountain, solar panels and many native plants.

Montgó: Location and surroundings of this property

The property is located in a protected area that offers a lot of privacy. Hiking trails are also nearby. It is located just 10 minutes by car from Denia, Jávea, the Marina Alta shopping center, the golf course and the hospital of the region. All the services are at your reach.

Dénia the main town of the Marina Alta at the north of the Costa Blanca disposes of a fishing port, a ferry port and different marinas. The majority of the more than 20 kilometres of coastline are sandy beaches but as well there is a rocky part at the foothill of the Montgó. The historic centre with a great variety of bars and restaurants invites to enjoy life during the whole year. It is just one hour by car to the international airports of Alicante and Valencia. Recently Denia has been denominated by the UNESCO, creative gastronomy city. The Dénias sports and ferry port offers permanent connections to the Balearic Islands.
