This spacious townhouse consists of three levels and a nice terrace. The beautiful facade of the house only gives a small hint of what we will find inside. Through an impressive solid wood door we enter the property, its hall welcomes us with high ceilings and wood beams followed by the staircase to access all levels up to the rooftop. Both the mezzanine floor and the first floor have the same distribution and number of ambiences: a large living room with fireplace from which we can enter the kitchen (with a laundry room access), a room currently used as an office, a toilet, 4 bedrooms (with fitted wardrobes and balcony in one of them) plus two bathrooms, one of which is inside the master bedroom. Also, both the middle and the first level feature an independent staircase, within the inner patio, to move down to the ground floor. There we find an ample warehouse-like ambience that includes storage room, toilet, sink, barbecue and oil boiler, as well as an outdoor garden of circa 45sqm. Almenara: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is right in the centre of the historic core. Almenara is the southernmost population of the province of Castellón, between the Mediterranean coast and the foothills of the Sierra de Espadán. Its population is about 6,100 inhabitants, of which about 800 reside permanently on the beach residential complex of Playa Casablanca. Its historic centre is situated about 4 km away from the coast, under the castle hill. This Castle, now a days in ruins, was built by the Arabs on the remains of an Iberian town and was active during the Middle Age. At the time it was the residence of James I of Aragon and his wife Violante of Hungary. Between the historic centre and the coast marshes found near the beach in Casablanca with great diversity of flora and fauna. In short, a charming village well connected by road and railway where all services are provided such as health, education, culture, as well as the beauty of its surroundings.
