This villa has spectacular views of both the town of Alzira and of the “montañeta of San Salvador”, the holy place where is the Real Shrine of the LLuch’s Virgin. Taking advantage of the slope of the plot, the house was built in two floors. The pedestrian access is in the top floor which has a hall, toilet, kitchen with pantry and access to a dining room with terrace. On this floor there is also a living room, the master bedroom with dressing room and bathroom en-suite, two double bedrooms and the stairs that leads us down to the lower floor, which also has road access via an electric gate, a garage with capacity for two vehicles, and a clubhouse. There we can enjoy an indoor swimming pool, barbecue, a kitchen, a living room and a bathroom. All this is complemented with a garden with automatic irrigation and conditioned for your comfort.
