The city water is about 20 meters from the property and can be connected there. With a simple groundwater well, the existing groundwater could be recovered. Torre Carrals is a very popular and noble construction area. For many years it was only allowed to build on land from 5000 sqm. This lower limit was increased years ago to 10,000 sqm. So it is practically impossible to buy a building plot there. The construction of apartments or terraced bungalows is prohibited and impossible.
