It has an excellent location, to few minutes of the center of Aravaca, next to Pozuelo de Alarcón. It has a quick access to all services.

Aravaca: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is next to “El Barrial”, an area of 150,000 m2 buildable for residential use of luxury homes for families of upper middle class. Today, their inhabitants have a very nearby supermarket and a train station of the RENFE, that takes its same name. El Barrial is a quiet area with several university campuses and schools of reputation. The parks and landscaped spaces make of him a wonderful zone for those young families with small children, facilitating them the most apt leisure for children.
Aravaca is located 9 km from the center of Madrid, it belongs to the Moncloa-Aravaca district.
It’s well connected with the center through the A6 freeway. M-30, M-40, M-500 and highway of Castilla (M-503).
It has multitude of green zones to breathe pure air, to practice sport or to leave to take a walk.
It has an ample supply of schools, belonging to Aravaca or Pozuelo de Alarcón, as much public as private schools. Among them are some of the best schools of Madrid.
As far as medical hospitals and services, we find the hospital of the Zarzuela (belonging to Grupo Sanitas), the hospital NISA Pardo and the health Aravaca center for the primary attention.
To connect with the center of Madrid we have the train station, as well as numerous lines of buses that connect with different points from Madrid.
