This spectacular townhouse is situated within a gated residential complex located on the beachfront of Almenara. The only thing separating it from this great beach, is a beautiful public garden. This lovely townhouse is located on the shoreline of Almenara, the southernmost village of the province of Castellón, between the Mediterranean coast and the foothills of the Sierra de Espadán. Its population is about 6,100 inhabitants. Its historic centre is about 4kms away from the coast, under the castle hill. This Castle, now in ruins, was built by the Arabs on the remains of an Iberian town and was active during the Middle Age.. In short, a charming village well connected by road and railway where all services are provided such as health, education, culture, as well as the beauty of its surroundings.
