Amenities and special features of this house

House with many possibilities in the centre of El Puig, partially reformed. The owners have wanted to preserve the details of this vintage house. Ancient brick in the walls, wooden beams etc. Today this house is a photography studio, an open space that could be a living/dining room very spacious and two bedrooms. The ceilings are high and you could use it to make a loft. The windows and doors are of origin of wood and wrought iron; the walls of the house are thick and solids. The kitchen and bathroom are for refurbishment and overlook the backyard. Crossing the main stay, we passed by a cosy space that leads directly to a charming interior courtyard full of light and tranquillity with laundry. Property is located in the heart of “El Puig” on a quiet street. A few steps from the monastery and 10 mn walking to the train station. The neighbourhood offers all services nearby such as schools, shops, health centres and many more. El Puig is a beautiful white village where enjoy quality of life in a quiet environment. It is located only 14km north of Valencia and near beaches. This region is dedicated basically to growing oranges and vegetables and there is an important place: “El Monasterio de El Puig”, a top historical and touristic point, one of the symbols of Valencian architecture. The extra advantage of having the beach and the mountains so close, is an added value for nature lovers who can enjoy the excellent weather and the landscapes. Also for city lovers: it is very easy to get to Valencia thanks to good motorway connections.
