About the health services, National Health Service Center is in the Serreria Avenue, next to the house. For our daily shopping, there are a wide shops choice, supermarkets, bakeries and the magnificent “Mercado del Cabañal”, where you can find the best fresh fish of the town, and fresh vegetables of the valencian orchard. The house is close to Valencia beach, we can access to Las Arenas beach, very typical in the town, with restaurants where we can enjoy with wide choice of rices that are prepared in the area. A perfect home to enjoy a quiet neighbourhood close to the beach.
