The property is located in the neighborhood Valdeacederas, in the popular district Tetuán, which is in the northwest of the capital.

Metro line 1, with its stations in Tetuán and Valdeacederas, connects the district to the rest of Madrid, although buses are the backbone of transport, highlighting line 49. Access to the city center and to the main roads that leave the city (M-30 ring road, A-1) is very quick, via Paseo de la Castellana or Plaza de Castilla.
Valdeacederas hosts historic buildings such as the Tetuán Market or the church Nuestra Señora de las Victorias and also the emblematic Plaza de la Remonta, one of the largest in Madrid and which has become the most important meeting place in Tetuán to celebrate all kinds of cultural and sporting events. In the southern part of the square is situated a wooden garden of approximately 3000 sqm.
