Fishermen's charming typical housing in the quarter of El Cabañal. This house built in 1910 where lived the famous doctor Vicente Guillot “Tío Bola” with a Street dedicated to him in the proximities. This house began with just ground floor, like the others in the quarter, it´s decorated with the typical valencian tile, very coloring and luminous. The house has two entries in two different streets (Barraca Street and Padre Luis Navarro Street ), if you enter for the last one , we can find the kitchen completely equipped with 13 m² and a larder. Next you find a corridor with the first bedroom with 8 m² and the main bathroom well equipped. At the end of the corridor, there are a typical door with led glazing and the big lounge with 22 m² with exit to Barraca Street . In the corridor there is the stairs to the first floor , where we can find a lounge with a big terrace. Next ther is the second bedroom with toilet and 18 m². On the terrace roof we have a solarium (37 m² ) and storage room. A ideal house to live in a quiet and traditional quarter.


Malvarrosa: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is sited in the most traditional and fishermen´s quarter in the city of Valencia, the house is well communicated with Tram stops, Bus stops and Taxis and all kind of shops in the near Reina Street (Drugstores, Groceries, butcher shops, etc.). In the same Street you can find different services like doctors, pharmacies, opticians, lawyers, notaries, dentists, etc. Also, it has the closeness of two hospitals of the National Health Services. Less than ten minutes walking, there is the Market of Cabañal where you can find the best freh fish in the city and the traditional Street market every Thursday in the year. Another of the adventages of this quarter is the proximity of the Park of Dr. Lluch where you can take a walk and sit in one of his bench and enjoy with shades of tres. Five minutes to the house we have the Malvarrosa beach with his Seafront Boulevard, where you can enjoy of typical valencian food and his traditional Street markets during the weekend. With a Little walk you go to the new zone of the “Marina Real” where you have more places to enjoy. A perfect place to enjoy the sea without leaving the city.
