Santo Domingo: Location and surroundings of this property

Santo Domingo is a luxurious Algete’s residential area located on the right bank of the A-1 motorway, at km 28 towards Burgos. This private development is situated very close to Madrid Airport and only 15 minutes from the capital. It offers the best and most extensive services of the private complexes in the area because it has the only shopping centre with its own services such as: medical office of the Social Security, post office, banks, pharmacy, restaurants, veterinarian, gymnasium and several stores, in addition to Social Club, totally refurbished, with golf training course, swimming pool, tennis school and leisure area for children and adults. It also has public schools (CEIPS), private and international (SEK, Trinity College, etc.), residence for the elderly and church.
Its level of security is excellent, as Santo Domingo is equipped with private security and local police, as well as perimeter camera system with 24-hour control. The mayor's office is located inside and facilitates all bureaucratic procedures for residents, without having to travel.
It should be noted that Santo Domingo is the only housing development that currently has in its entirety natural gas services and double channelling of water from Canal de Isabel II and from the wells used to irrigate gardens and swimming pools.
