Pozuelo Estación: Location and surroundings of this property

The house is close to the Station of Pozuelo Renfe, to which it is acceded by a footbridge that is to meters from the exit to the outside, by which you reach Juan XXIII to the street, with access to all the services, and to the zone of residential development and offices in construction in Avenue of Italy.
Pozuelo de Alarcón is the richest municipality of the province of Madrid. The station of Pozuelo comprises of the lines C-7 and C-10 of Madrid Neighborhoods. The zone has grown exponentially until reaching the zone of Pozuelo Town.
The lines of buses are: 560, 561, 561A, 561B, 562, 563, 564, 566, 650, 656, 656A, 657, 658, 815 and nocturnal the N901, N902, N905 and N906. The lines A and H give service to the campus of the Complutensian University.
The house also is near to the station of “El Barrial” in Aravaca, having immediate access to the A6, M40 and M503 roads. The City council of Pozuelo de Alarcón is constructing a track network bici. The objective is the integration of the cycling routes in the municipality so that they act as an element of leisure or recreation and they can be used as alternative of transport.
The schools next to the zone Station are the School Alarcón, San Jose Cluny and the School Sorolla Grammar School, and the Public School Pinar Prados de Torrejón.
As far as medical hospitals and services, the Hospital Nuestra Señora del Rosario and the University Hospital Quirón in Pozuelo and the hospital of the Zarzuela (pertaining to the Sanitas group), hospital NISA Pardo and the Center of Aravaca Health are among others for the primary attention, in Aravaca.
