The house, built in 1972, was then renovated respecting the rustic character and the typical style of the place given to it by the designer, the famous Catalan architect Pelayo Martínez Paricio.
The main floor offers a large and bright living room with vaulted ceilings, open to a spectacular partially covered terrace with swimming pool, and enjoys a fantastic view of the sea and the surrounding pine forest. The kitchen, very bright, also enjoys the same view. Next to it there is a small room with shower, currently used as a wardrobe and laundry. From the entrance, a corridor leads to the sleeping area, which includes four rooms, including three double bedrooms with bathroom and one single bedroom, as well as another bathroom with bathtub. It is about 7 kilometers north of the coastal town of Roses and 10 minutes walk from Cala Montjoi (where the famous restaurant "el Bulli" is located, now "Fundació el Bulli", run by Ferran Adria, the first chef in the world for several years), while to the north, by boat, you can reach in 15 minutes Cadaqués, a place loved by Salvator Dali and other artists.
The condition of ‘natural reserve’ of the park guarantees its care and conservation (with prohibition of further settlements).
The property overlooks the sea, with private access to the beach set in the rocky cliff, and is surrounded by a thick pine forest.
