Serra: Location and surroundings of this property

Situated on the southern slope of Sierra Calderona, the village has beautiful streets that take us back to another epoque. At the NW end, bordering with Gátova and Segorbe, it is 800meters, while at the opposite end, at the height of the Portaceli ravine, it does not exceed 190 m. Preferred route of cyclists from the entire Valencian community, with a characteristic Mediterranean climate, with annual rainfall ranging from 450 mm to 500 mm annually, with two maximum in the months of May and October. It is connected by road with Valencia, and so it does with Bétera and Masamagrell in 35 minutes, and just 30 minutes from the beach.
