Magnificent apartment in Daimuz´s beach with very good orientation and located in third line of beach. One of the best features of this jewel is that it is a ground floor with access from the street. If we access from the private door we enter in a fantastic terrace decorated with a beautiful vine that gives it a good privacy and a good shade for the hot summer months. In this first terrace we also find a fantastic closet very practical to store the belongings of the beach. Property has a second terrace on a second level with its table and its outdoor chairs that also communicates with the living room and kitchen. The dining room is comfortable and cozy and the kitchen is very complete and functional. The rooms and the bathroom are accessed through a small corridor. Both bedrooms are spacious and have built in wardrobes and walk in closet. The bathroom is very well equipped and has a bathtub. As far as the community area is concerned, it is very well prepared. The swimming pool is surrounded by a beautiful garden area and there are also basketball and tennis courts.

Daimuz is a municipality of the Valencian Community that is located next to the coast in the Safor´s region. It is one of the closest towns to the city of Gandia and has the services of the city very close, from the new hospital to the shopping malls, but with the advantage of the tranquillity that a village offers. Daimuz has two distinct areas; the lowlands that make up the area of coast and the old marsh, and the area where the town is located. The beach is white and fine sand and is equipped with all kind of services. The apartment is situated very close to ¨Plaza Colon¨, the most emblematic area at the beach and where you can find most of the services and the bests ice cream shops. In the promenade we find very good restaurants, even one of them with a Michelin star and considered one of the 10 best restaurants of the coast of Spain.
