This complex has all the licenses and permits to develop its business activity within the legal framework. Document of Community Interest Expdt. Nª 2007/0704, Licence for the opening of the Picadero and Pupilaje de Caballos Expdt. Nª 51/2012; Authorization of Compatibility of Activities in the same enclosure or establishment, resolution nº 26923. It is pending of environmental license for the café and public events. The complex consists of several warehouses and a perimeter fence that completely closes off the land where the activity is housed. The construction where the activity takes place is formed by four warehouses destined to horse stables that house a total of 98 boxes. Each box has dimensions of 2.80 x 3.00 m. equipped with water troughs and automatic feeders. The closing of these boxes is formed by a tubular galvanized steel door in its upper part and in the lower part a wooden covering. All the constructions have a single ground floor, with a minimum height of 3.30 m and 4.5 m in the central area. The complex formed by the constructions and the rest of the free space is delimited by a wall in its lower zone and a fence in the upper zone, leaving the enclosure closed in its totality. There is a second interior boundary which forms a track for horses around the plot of 10 m. wide. The composition of the installation is as follows: Module A-D: stables for horses, area for storing straw and grain and area for storing riding utensils. Central nave module destined to the café, with direct views to the riding tracks. Modules B, C, E and F: Stables for horses.
