As part of our expansion, we are looking to recruit on a freelance basis.
Associate Sales Negotiator Residential
Register and qualify new applicants.
Conduct viewings, establish rapport and on going professional relationship with applicants.
Confirm and report new offers and liaise with the vendor manager to agree offers.
Independently prepare all paperwork related to deal completion.
Record all actions and conversations on our in-house CRM system.
Liaise with other agents in regards to split commissions and introducing applicants to their properties.
Efficient day to day diary management on the company platform.
Work towards individual turnover targets.
Attend mandatory Sales Meetings (minimum of 1 per month).
Attend regular trainings provided by the company.
Professionally represent the company at events and to the public.
Ideally several years of verified sales experience (preferably in Prime Central London) or another related business sector
A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working
Experienced in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team
Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner and a professional appearance
Excellent written and communication skills as well as telephone manner
Strong organisational skills
Meticulous attention to detail
