Your responsibilities:
  • Ensure smooth and timely execution of marketing strategy
  • Assist with planning of marketing strategy
  • Proactive contribution of own ideas
  • Plan and execute advertisement campaigns (property advertisement and lead generation)
  • Preparation of print and online advertisement material
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns (Facebook, Instagram)
  • Conduct smaller design works or liaise with external designers
  • Ensure all activities meet CI guidelines
  • Self-reliant execution of projects
  • Monitoring of Homepage, Newsletters etc. 
  • Plan staff and company events
  • Maintain collaborations and enhance network
  • Liaise with other offices and the press


Your profile:
  • Previous experience in different areas of marketing
  • Able to work effective and independently
  • Able to adapt and excited about varied tasks
  • Prioritized and structured way of working
  • Strong organisational skills
  • Experienced in Photoshop and InDesign
  • Creative and strategic way of thinking 
  • Real estate experience not necessary but a Plus
  • Previous experience with a franchise company and strict CI is a Plus

Your responsibilities:

§ Register and qualify new applicants.

§ Conduct viewings, establish rapport and ongoing professional relationship with applicants.

§ Confirm and report new offers and liaise with the vendor manager to agree on offers.

§ Independently prepare all paperwork related to deal completion.

§ Record all actions and conversations on our in-house CRM system.

§ Liaise with other agents in regards to split commissions and introducing applicants to their properties.

§ Efficient day to day diary management on the company platform.

§ Work towards individual turnover targets.

§ Attend mandatory Sales Meetings (minimum of 1 per month).

§ Attend regular training provided by the company.

§ Professionally represent the company at events and to the public.


Your profile:

§ Several years of verified sales experience (preferably in Prime Central London)

§ A high degree of commitment and an independent way of working 

§ Experienced in MS-Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

§ Ability to work effectively in a busy environment as part of a team

§ Good-natured conduct, a confident, friendly manner, and a professional appearance

§ Excellent written and communication skills, as well as telephone manner

§ Strong organisational skills

§ Meticulous attention to detail

§ Happy to take initiative

§ Confident in dealing with clients

Property Manager

Property Manager

For our small, but growing lettings department, Engel & Völkers Chelsea is looking for a highly motivated individual to join us as a property manager. This is an exciting, varied role that will involve close interaction with the management. As a member of our office in the heart of Chelsea you have the opportunity to grow with the London flagship of an international company in luxury real estate.

Your Responsibilities
- Supervise current tenancies:
- Liaise with landlords and tenants throughout the tenancy
- First point of contact for maintenance issues
- Liaise with utility and maintenance companies
- Oversee maintenance issues and repairs
- Arrange and conduct mid tenancy checks
- Send out maintenance reports
- If required, serve notice and different sections on client’s behalf

Pre-Tenancy and end of tenancy support:
- Arranging cleaning and inventory
- Arrange EPC, PAT, GAS certificates

Lettings Accounts:
- Deal with incoming and outgoing rent
- Manage floats
- Document all activities in Jupix
- Carry out disbursements and reconcile bank accounts in Jupix
- Deduct fees, overseas landlord tax and other expenses
- Register and re-lease deposits, deal with deductions
- Register payments on account to be authorized
- Raise invoices and statements to landlords and tenants

Reporting:
- Prepare weekly lettings report

Lettings department organisation:
- Key Management
- Build relationship with new providers and contractors
- In close collaboration with management, ensure compliance of applicable legislation
- Maintain company records of current and previous tenancy in paper and digital form

Landlord Relationship Management when needed:
- Give weekly landlord feedback to current landlords
- If necessary, carry out price negotiations
- Create new business for the company

Supervise Tenancy Renewals (company properties):
- Check time for renewal and set reminders
- Negotiate renewals
- Prepare renewal documents
