Simmering pots, steaming pans and razor-sharp knives – famous chefs like Bobby Flay, Cat Cora, Masaharu Morimoto and Mario Batali compete against each other in the popular American cooking show “Iron Chef America”. The actor Mark Dacascos served as “The Chairman” of the show, entertaining viewers throughout the culinary spectacle. He has now sold his home for 1.45 million US dollars, the equivalent of approx. 1.3 million euros, through E&V in Westlake Village.
Private Office Advisor Ryan Shimp from E&V Westlake Village advised and worked closely with Mark Dascascos, whilst another property company was responsible for representation of the buyer. Mr. Shimp explains: “Mark Dascascos is particularly well known here in the USA from film and television including appearances on the TV series ‘Hawaii Five-0’ and most recently ‘Marvel’s Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.’. It is always wonderful when famous personalities confide in our services. Newspapers are keen to pick up on these stories and bring publicity for our E&V shop and to the brand as a whole.”
