All terraces of the house are insulated with swings before the stone slabs are placed. Also the part of the house that enters the earth is insulated with swings, double special nylon lining and strong cement mortar. D). Underfloor heating is installed in all rooms, made by German plastic tubes of the best quality. E) An Alarm system has been installed inside the house as well as on the terraces of the second floor. It is also supervised by a security company. F) All bedrooms are air-conditioned. G) The house is subject to the insurance of super-luxury buildings and is insured with the National Insurance Company (Ethniki Asfalistiki) . H) It has two (2) water tanks; one is made by concrete insulation and stone lining with a 80 cubic meter capacity and the other is made of rubber having a 10 cubic meter capacity. I) Covered garage of 30 m² with toolbars and two (2) wooden lofts used for storage. J) The frames of the house, (doors-windows) are made of excellent quality solid wood niagon. K) The colors that were used are organic hydrorepulins Dulux . L) If wished, many of the furniture and light fixtures can remain in the house.
