North beach in the bay of Panormos with amazing waters and sand.
When you are on the west side of the beach the whole landscape looks like a lagoon especially when there is no wind.
Ftelia beach is divided into two, from the shape of rocks that end up to the sea, where prehistoric settlements of the Neolithic settlement have been located, the findings of which date back to 4,500 BC.
In the same place it is possible to recognize from the archaic period the tomb of Aiada of Lokros, a hero of the Trojan War who was worshiped in Mykonos. You can reach the beach by going to Ano Mera.
Part of the road is made of cement and then a dirt road in relatively good condition.
Along the beach and on the dirt road that leads to it there is a comfortable space for parking vehicles.
You will usually see caravans, windsurfing lovers who come to enjoy the amazing waves and the "clean" air that "Ftelia" "brings out".
