When you are a young professional – single or couple, working in the major business sectors from Central to Quarry Bay, there are excellent and practical reasons to look for your home in the residential enclaves of Soho, Central and Sheung Wan.
These are suburbs that mesh together as inner city living, and are the most popular of all for young ex-pats moving to Hong Kong, looking to find a home that is convenient to work, offers the village type of lifestyle, has every convenience necessary with shops, cafes, bars and restaurants, along with dry cleaning, medical, supermarket and gym facilities.

With a well patronized café on your doorstep Classified, and a 24 hour 7eleven right across the road, running out of supplies and groceries is never an issue. Taxis are in abundance at the front door if you need to get further afield or in a hurry, however the true benefit of living this close to Central, is the fact that you can walk to work or the MTR in a matter of minutes.
The famous Man Mo temple tourist attraction is a single minute down the road, and there are a couple of lovely parks as you head further down Hollywood Road. Almost next door is the recently opened PMQ precinct which houses a number of restaurants and boutique shops selling hand made local designers jewellery and fashion items. Close by, Ladder Street steps take you down to Catstreet which is lined with local Hong Kong antique stores and stalls selling everything from expensive dynasty furniture, jewellery and object de art, to vintage clothing, handbags, memorabilia and tourist items.
