Great marketing begins with a solid brand. In 1985, Sara Grech founded her own real estate company following the experience she had with the first brokers on the island. The success of the Sara Grech Ltd. quickly grew and the company became an established household brand name widely known throughout the island; by 1999, Sara Grech Ltd. had offices located throughout Malta and Gozo. With a firm hand on the local real estate industry, in 2012, Sara Grech Ltd. was in search for a footing within an international network. In February 2013 a new company image was launched – Engel & Völkers Sara Grech, a co-brand with an international renowned brand based in Hamburg.

Over the years, we have worked closely with our partners, implementing a complete marketing system of a variety of print, online and merchandising tools, as well as helping the Maltese community through local activities. Obviously some of the tools that we use fall under the category of Customer Relationship Marketing (CRM) because it works to acquire data which will and could be used later on in future marketing efforts. Other tools that help raise brand awareness include our property postcards and leaflets that provide an insight in who we are and what we do and how we can be contacted as well.
