Daniel Hadi takes over the helm of business operations at Engel & Völkers in Dubai as CEO with immediate effect. “I am delighted that such a proven real estate market expert as Daniel Hadi will be joining our company as the new CEO of Engel & Völkers in Dubai,” says Sven Odia, Global CEO of Engel & Völkers. Daniel Hadi succeeds Mohab Samak, who has headed Engel & Völkers operations in Dubai since 2019 and is now set to pursue new professional challenges.
The global property company has managed to steadily increase its Group commission revenues in the UAE in recent years, and increase the number of agents working there from 100 to 200. “We already have a strong platform for future growth in this booming real estate market. I am very confident that with Daniel Hadi on board we can now strengthen our market position still further and gain additional market share,” Sven Odia adds.
Daniel Hadi has more than 15 years of sales and management experience in the real estate industry in the UAE and Europe. He founded the Dubai-based company Ascot and Co. Real Estate in 2014, before selling it to the premium real estate firm Betterhomes Group in 2019, and went on to work as Managing Director of Brokerage across the Group.
