New Openings Engel & Völkers Trieste and Grado

E&V Italy is pleased to announce the signing of two new franchise agreements for the Trieste and Grado licences - the latter embraces the stretch of the Adriatic, Veneto and Friuli coast, from Bibione to Monfalcone, including locations such as Lignano Sabbiadoro, Aquileia, Gorizia and Grado itself.

The activities in both territories will be opportunistic both in the domestic market and in the international markets, in a context perfectly in line with the Engel & Volkers target and likewise to finally enter Friuli Venezia Giulia also in the Residential sector, present in the first and second home.

Those of Trieste and Grado therefore constitute the second and third E&V licence in the region, after the signing of the affiliation contract for the E&V Veneto Friuli Commercial licence last December.
