Born in France and raised between Africa and the French Riviera, Augustine moved to London at 18 to study marketing at UAL and began to work in the advertising industry.
Twenty years ago she moved to Milan and while carrying on her advertising career she became mother of 3 children and few years ago to Gina, a 4 years old puppy found in the Greek island of Paros, her second home.

In 2009 she decided to change her life and joined Engel & Völkers Milan becoming one of the pillars of the Milan Porta Romana shop. Immediately distinguished as one of the Group’s Top Performers, Augustine ranked in the top 3 positions also in 2020. Always riding her bike, she divides herself between work, family and sports mainly practicing running and yoga. A tenacious and strong-willed woman which is taken as an example by her colleagues for her great skills, her energy and the passion she puts into everything she does.

Why did you join E&V Milan?
For its internationality and for the great reputation around the world. At the time, E&V for me represented a fresh, new reality, something that did not fit into a predefined mold in which there was a very large margin for improvement.

What do you like of your job?

There are many aspects that I love about this job: the diversity of products and customers, the constant challenge, meeting new people every day making their dreams possible and solving their problems. It is also a non-sedentary job in constant motion and where the human aspect is very strong. Going to office is like visiting loved ones, friends.

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?

The greatest successes are not related to the final profit but to what I call “the ripple effect”: being able to match several different situations. This is the case of a client who gives me the sales agreement of his house for buying another one and the other person involved must also sell his house in order to buy the one of his dreams. When all these things happens I feel I have done my job well.
