Born and bred in Rome, after his Msc in Economics and a Master degree in Marketing leaves Rome driving his blue Smart with destination Milan. Here he works for several years in the marketing division of multinational companies. In 2015 Stefano approaches the Real Estate sector, thanks also to its passion for beautiful houses and design inherited from his father, an architect. In 2018 he finally joins the Engel & Völkers Milano Solari Team.
Stefano is a sporty person who practices skiing, beach volleyball and running. However, his greatest passion is traveling all around the world. A serial traveler, passionate about nature travels, he often feels the need to get on a plane to reach distant destinations. During his travels he never leaves at home his Reflex to capture the best moments.
Stefano is a very precise person with considerable technical real estate skills who immediately inspire confidence in people. Funny and ironic, he has an innate ability to make others feel like "at home", whether they are colleagues or his customers. Thanks to its excellent performances in 2019 has been awarded as the Best New Comer Agent.

In all my work experiences I have always aimed to quality and Engel & Völkers is synonymous with high competence and professionalism. The E&V brand was a guarantee of being part of a high standards working environment.
What do you like of your job?
Being a reference for my customers, let them feeling safe during the whole process, both on the owner and the buyer side, is my priority. Thanks to my marketing background, which puts the customer's needs at the center of everything, helps me a lot in trying to never leave anything to chance, taking care also of the smallest details. The gratification of the customers is the best thing to me.
What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Völkers?
I remember with great satisfaction the sale of a property that got off on the wrong foot. As soon as I spoke to the client he said “This house is not for me….I’d rather go!”. After a brief interview understanding the problems of the property and fully understanding the customer’s needs I proposed a renovation solution that showed the apartment on a completely different way. The client made an offer and bought the house.
