Born and raised in Vanzaghello, a small town near Milan, after his scientific studies, Andrea decided to explore the world of economic Sciences and started his university career at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore in Milan, where he matured a strong interest in Marketing. Fascinated by the world of luxury, he decided to explore it, in particular Fashion and Real Estate areas, that he carefully analyzes in his research theses in his bachelor's and master's degrees. The collaboration with Engel & Völkers Milan, allows him to start an internship that made him discover the extraordinary back-office work that supports the activity of the Real Estate Consultants. His curiosity led him to interact with different divisions and Shops, allowing him to actively participate in the main projects of the Company.

 
Andrea is a cheerful and always helpful guy. He loves hanging out with friends, listening to people and making new friendships. His curiosity leads him to new experiences, both in the work and social spheres. A passion for travel leads him to organize adventures around the world with his closest friends. In his spare time he enjoys sports, his passion for movies and TV series and social activities.

 

Why did you join Engel & Vӧlkers?

I was familiar with the Engel & Völkers Brand and have always been fascinated by their Shop windows around the world. When I had the chance to collaborate with Vittoria, our Marketing Manager, I immediately took the opportunity to explore the E&V world in Milan. I was impressed by the professionality and collaborative spirit shared by all the colleagues. I am sure that this experience will give great value to my personal and future career.

 

What do you like of your job?

I am keen to learn more about the dynamics that define Milan's Luxury Real Estate market, and this opportunity allows me to explore it to its highest expression. The market is very dynamic and constantly evolving, in line with my lifestyle. I have always given a lot of importance to the work environment, and the opportunity to collaborate with new helpful and passionate people is a great motivation for my path.

 

What have been your greatest successes at Engel & Vӧlkers?

My first big success was the chance to join the E&V Milan and work with a very close-knit, established and collaborative Team. My enthusiasm and eagerness to challenge myself have been rewarded with challenging and exciting job opportunities. The confidence, passion, and determination that colleagues transmit to me, give me incentive to set new goals and always give my best.
