This beautiful villa is located in Stromboli, in Via Rinella, a few steps from the beaches of Ficogrande and Scari, a strategic position for those who wish to reach the sea on foot and discover the various black sand coves that the island offers and from which it is possible to admire Strombolicchio and the other nearby islands. The dwelling, with its classic Aeolian lines and colors, is developed on two levels and is divided into four semi-detached bodies - each with its own kitchen, bathroom, large bedrooms and spacious storerooms - connected by a large patio composed of the typical 'bagghi' made of cylindrical beams and cement seats ('bisuoli'). To complete the outdoor spaces, the property overlooks a lush garden with citrus trees. The layout of the rooms, the square footage and the subdivision of the structures ensure that the villa can easily be used for receptive use or as a holiday home for a large group. The villa is in excellent condition and is ready to be lived in immediately.
Stromboli is the most northerly of the Aeolian Islands, close to the Sicilian Tyrrhenian coast. It is just over an hour's boat ride from Milazzo, two hours from Messina, the provincial capital, and is also well connected to the ports of Naples, Tropea, Reggio Calabria, Palermo and Capo d'Orlando, from which ferries and hydrofoils depart throughout the year. A further possibility of access to the island is offered by the landing strip for helicopters, which is located at Ficogrande, on the seafront. The island covers little more than 12 square kilometers and is home to the only European volcano in permanent eruptive activity, Stromboli, also known as "Iddu", which for its incredible and suggestive paroxysms along the so-called Sciara del Fuoco, earned the island the nickname of "Lighthouse of the Tyrrhenian Sea". Stromboli has a population of little more than 400 inhabitants, the main inhabited villages are San Vincenzo with the landing place of Scari, and the areas of Piscità and Ficogrande and, to the south-west, reachable only by sea, Ginostra, populated by about 30-40 inhabitants, where people still move by mules along small roads and stairways that go up the cliff.
