The area of Alano is located on the coast line of Santa Maria di Castellabate, one of the most unspoilt area of the Italian Coast , south of the Amalfi Coast. Santa Maria di Castellabate is only one and half from Naples airport. Castellabate has been recognized heritage by UNESCO and it is the first Marine Park in Italy. A totally unspoilt place controlled by very stringent building reputations:Virtually no new buildings are allowed; the area has been declared protected and only the restoration of the existing buildings are permitted. The Land was highly cultivated until some years ago and it is very fertile. The Mediterranean macchia- very highly scented- broom, oak, and eucalyptus trees cover the hills of Tresino. There is the access to the sea- a foot path to a rocky turquoise bay not far from the houses and ten minutes to the beach of Santa Maria and the harbor of San Marco where a boat can be kept. The village with its facilities is only ten minutes distance from this exceptionally unspoilt area. Good restaurants and shops are available in the village of Santa Maria. Sports: the Coast line of Castellabate has been declared a Marine Park, a paradise for under water diving. The bay of Castellabate enables you to do water skiing as well as surfing. Good tennis courts are available.The Hydrofoil service goes from the harbor of San Marco in the Morning from June until September to Capri and Naples for your shopping. In one hour can be arranged excursions to Ravello, Pompei, Herculaneum, Positano and Amalfi and you could come back on the same day.

Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with our real estate agency and our real estate agents is formalized with a written agreement or, without any document, with the utilization of the services shown in our service brochure, in our real estate expose and relevant conditions.
