Bellagio, the pearl of Lake Como, is one of the most fascinating cities in Europe. Its natural beauty has been admired by Goethe, Shelley, Byron, and inspired the music of Verdi, Rossini and Bellini. Time has changed city life but still today on the picturesque lakeside promenade under the shining stars, a small orchestra plays; the Mediterranean atmosphere with its jubilation of colors and the splendor of the gardens fits perfectly with the lively area and alpine panorama.
Bellagio is also famous for its mild climate; the sun shines here almost all year round, and the change of seasons is never marked.
In the historic town, Bellagio’s traditions and local handmade crafts have been perfectly preserved and in the small shops it is easy to find hand carved wooden objects, hand crafted ceramics and hand blown glass art. Bellagio has elegant restaurants and typical Italian trattorias serving the best of the exquisite Italian cuisine.
It’s wonderful to take a boat trip, visiting all the wonderful towns that dot the lake, or sail on a sailboat winded by the famous "Breva" Larian.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
If a sale is made, our right to commission arises as soon as the Buyer is informed that the Seller has accepted the offer; in case of property to let, our right to commission arises as soon as the person seeking to rent a property is informed that the Landlord has agreed to let the property to them. The agency considers such information true and correct; if any information is missing, inaccurate or not current the foregoing people alone shall be liable. The Seller/Landlord may sell/let the property to third parties before an offer is accepted. You are kindly asked to inform the agency promptly if the property on offer is already known to and/or has already been surveyed by another estate agents. Anything not provided for herein shall be governed by our contractual general terms and conditions which are available at our agency for you to read before you sign the engagement agreement.
