Lenno: Location and surroundings of this property

Lenno is located on the western shore of the lake in the Tremezzina area. Its lake promenade called Bay of Venus, is dotted with exclusive villas, restaurants and cafes. Its piazza features a 12th century baptistery and hosts an open-air market once a week. The ferry dock enables easy transportation to and from all destinations around the lake.
Also within walking distance is one of the lake's most famous and prestigious villas, Villa Balbianello. The village also has several hotels, a supermarket, wine/liquor store, pharmacy,
banks and a variety of shops that are all within easy walking distance. Lenno is famous for its mild climate and is a popular holiday town in the Tremezzina area, easily reachable from Como, Menaggio, Lugano and the motorway.
The famous ski resorts of St. Moritz, Madesimo and Bormio are a few hours’ drive.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
