Via Torno: Location and surroundings of this property

Como is the provincial capital and the most important city of the homonymous and famous lake where it gets its name.
The property is located on the eastern shore just a few minutes from the city center of Alessandro Volta.
With your boat in a few minutes you can get to Cernobbio or reach the numerous restaurants on the lake on your way to Bellagio.
It is very easy to reach the international airport of Milan Malpensa from Como, which is about forty minutes by car; you can also reach the airport, in about an hour, directly by train.
The international train station of Como San Giovanni connects Como both to the center of Milan and to the Swiss cities of Lugano and Zurich.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
