Amenities and special features of this apartment

The apartment is located in a period villa, dating back to the first decades of the last century, completely renovated about five years ago.
The new project included the division of the villa into two apartments, both on two levels.
The ground floor apartment has a private garden of about three hundred and fifty square meters and consists of a large living room, a dining room, an eat-in kitchen, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a walk-in closet.
The second apartment, also with a splendid view of the lake, occupies the last two floors of the villa. It is composed of a living room, a dining room, a kitchen, three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a closet.
Both apartments are sold with a parking space. There is the possibility to buy both apartments and join them together having the whole villa at your disposition.
