What you should know about this villa

Amenities and special features of this villa

This property, located in the heart of the Chianti Classico region, is called Villa Castrum and takes its name from the ancient Castle, whose existence is documented as early as 1037. The villa stands on a gentle hill and has been carefully restored in two luxury housing units that are independent but connected. The entrance gate opens onto the tree-lined avenue and the private area of the Villa, which includes 4 parking spaces, the lush Italian garden, the olive tree garden and the private swimming pool. The main entrance leads to the bright frescoed hall; on the ground floor there is the large kitchen, the dining room with vaulted ceilings and fireplace, the TV room, a double bedroom with private bathroom with shower and a bathroom with bathtub. The upper floor houses two double bedrooms with private bathroom and two twin bedrooms, one of which with private bathroom. A balcony runs along the facade of the Villa offering a wonderful view of the Tuscan countryside and unforgettable sunsets. An internal door connects to the second unit, which has a double bedroom with bathroom, twin bedroom, service bathroom and kitchen. Most od the rooms are characterized by wooden beamed ceilings and Florentine terracotta floors. The refined furnishings are original.
