Situated near Bolzano, Fiè allo Sciliar and the surrounding villages have developed, thanks to its mild climate, from an original summer resort village to a health resort with a wonderful panoramic location. Thanks to its ideal location in the middle of the hiking paradise of the Sciliar area & Alpe di Siusi, it is possible to practice sports activities in summer and winter. All important services are within walking distance. The nearby lake of Fiè is situated in front of the imposing backdrop of the Sciliar and attracts many nature lovers both in summer and winter, as it is considered one of the cleanest lakes in Italy. The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
