Small but beautiful, the mountain village of Monte San Pietro lies at 1,380 m above sea level on a wooded plateau in the municipality of Nova Ponente in the Val d'Ega. With its widely scattered farmsteads, it has only about 600 inhabitants. Monte San Pietro has many attractions to offer in both summer and winter. 500 kilometres of hiking paths for every level and every hiking desire lead around the Val d’Ega Dolomites, the Catinaccio and Latemar massifs, all the way to the geologically unique Bletterbach Gorge in Aldino. The world of hiking in Val d'Ega is as varied as its environment. In South Tyrol and far beyond, Monte San Pietro is best known for the sanctuary of Madonna di Pietralba, with its magnificent 17th century Baroque church. Mountain bikers also have their reward here. The Golfclub Petersberg, a well-maintained and varied 18-hole field, lies just a few hundred metres from the property and is open from April to November. In the winter months, the Obereggen ski resort offers plenty of fun with its 50 kilometres of slopes that can be reached in just 20 minutes by car, while the Carezza ski resort awaits you in 30 minutes by car with 40 kilometres of slopes. Monte San Pietro also offers a well equipped ski slope with a ski lift on site. A well-run general shop directly in the house guarantees a perfect local supply and several restaurants spoil you with traditional delicacies only a few minutes away by car. A bus stop is a one-minute walk away and connects the village directly with the provincial capital of Bolzano. The Bolzano Nord motorway exit is 40 km away, while the Egna exit is 22 km away.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
