Colico: Location and surroundings of this plot

Colico is a city in the province of Lecco. It is situated on the northern part of Lake Como and it is the most important city in the area, which is often identified as its Colico branch
Colico has an efficient boats service that bring you to other locations on the lake, as well as trains and roads that easily connect you to Milan that is only 90 km away. Como city is about 1 hour drive.
The most important event taking place in Colico is the Italian stage of the World Cup of kitesurfing and other watersports.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses. The consideration (commission) payable by the Buyer/Landlord for our services, plus VAT at the legal rate, is 5% of the sale price of a property or 15% of a yearly rent.
