The prime location of the property, in the final stretch of Vicolo Zeller, guarantees a comfortable access to the ski slopes which are only 100 m away. Between Nova Levante and the characteristic village of Carezza, there is the famous and incomparable Lake Carezza, in which the peaks of Catinaccio and Latemar are reflected. The lake is famous for its emerald colour and for this reason it is also called "rainbow lake". The ski area Ski Area Carezza includes 16 ski lifts and 40 km of perfectly prepared slopes.
