Sovicille: Location and surroundings of this property

The barn, surrounded by about 3000sqm of land owned, is located in an ancient hamlet of medieval origin, not far from the village of Tegoia and at about 5 km from Sovicille, where you can find all the main services, such as supermarkets, pharmacies, banks, schools, restaurants, and much more. Also within 10 km, there are several ancient Tuscan villages in which to get lost to discover the ancient beauties that enrich the magnificent landscape of the Sienese countryside and the Val di Merse. The city of Siena is about 18km away and from there you can access the motorway junction to connect northwards to Florence, which is about 75km, and in the opposite direction towards Rome, which is about 250km.
