Como: Location and surroundings of this property

Cucciago is a town in the province of Como in Lombardy. In the town is the Palasport Pianella, built in 1974 and which hosted until 2016 the games of the Basketball Cantù. There are also further places of interest such as the Parish Church, the Church of San Vincenzo, the Sanctuary "Madonna Della Neve" and the Torre degli Alciati. It is also located just a few minutes from the prestigious International School of Como in Fino Mornasco. The presence of the railway station served by Treno Nord, located on the Milan-Como-Chiasso line, is very useful.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
