This charming property is part of the ancient borgo 'La Canonica', which ease on a hill of Colle's countryside, next to the majestic Castello di Casole. The borgo was built in 1048 as a fortress, has then been property of the Papal State, which converted it in Episcopal residence and farm, until counts Fani Ciotti used it as their formal residence. The borgo has been given a new life, thanks to the skillful conservative restoration. The property, created from the old barn, comprises two floors and it is free on four sides. On the left of the entrance, we find the living room with a masonry kitchenette. This room has large French windows that overlook the garden and a fireplace. From the living room, we also access a bedroom, now used as a study, which has direct access to the garden. Going back to the entrance, we find the first bathroom and the stairs that bring us to the first floor.
