Sant'Eufemia-Caionvico: Location and surroundings of this property

Borgo Wührer is a modern district of Brescia, located in the district of the center, which stands today where the factory of the famous beer Wührer, the oldest in Italy. The recovery has gone through a long work of structural reconversion with the complete preservation of the factory buildings. Keeping intact the structure of the previous production complex, apartments and shops have been created. The buildings are grouped together according to a functional criterion, distributed in such a way as to allow rational connections, as can be expected in a factory. The bulk of them is mostly massive and austere, a feature accentuated by the red brick exterior. Of particular note is the "tower" that housed, in the past, the office of Pietro Wührer. The connections to the outside (Viale della Bornata) take place with roads that cross what once were the three gates of the production complex. The new district is divided into two distinct areas: a first commercial/ business, and a second residential. The complex is equipped with large parking lots and cycle paths. The neighborhood as a whole is luxurious and modern, and is seen as an ideal and virtual extension of the center. Now "bw", in addition to being until 2012 the meeting on Friday and Saturday evening for young Brescians, thanks to the many open rooms over the years, is home to many important offices.

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
