Wengen: Location and surroundings of this property

La Valle is a jewel in the green and lies at the foot of the Fanes mountain group, which is a sub-group of the Dolomites. It is one of the five municipalities in the Badia Valley and has about 1,400 inhabitants. Large parts of the area are located in the natural park Fanes-Senes-Braies which is protected by the European network Natura 2000. The fragrant forests, flowering meadows and lush fields enhance the genuine appearance of this area. Characteristic of this area are also the so-called "viles", small housing estates, which are among the oldest and most peculiar types of settlements in this area. These small hamlets are scattered over an area of about 40km², embedded in a uniquely idyllic mountain panorama. The village centre of the municipality is formed by the picturesque village of St. Genesius, which is situated at an altitude of approx. 1,370 metres above sea level. In winter the nearby skiing areas Plan de Corones, Alta Badia and the Sella Ronda, a ski circuit around the mountain massif of the Sella Group, are a great attraction. In summer the area is a paradise for mountain bikers. Numerous tours and the unique mountain scenery of the Dolomites make every stay a special experience!

Commission Details

The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
