Immersed in a magical forest of 100 hectares, we offer for sale a splendid residence; ideal place from which to admire the enchanted view of the snow-covered Alps and the entire surrounding valley. The magnificent mountain chalet stands out for its opulence and elegance. Built in 1901, it has been for many years the summer residence of an important family from Brescia. The location conveys a great sense of privacy and closeness to nature that continues inside the villa in which it is pervaded by the warmth of wood that covers most of the premises. The ground floor is entirely occupied by the living area, where the large windows of the double living room allow you to enjoy breathtaking views. Beyond the manor house there is a second wooden chalet, ideal depèndance to guarantee hospitality and privacy, a farmhouse and a church still consecrated today.

Located about fifty kilometers from the city of Bergamo and the international airport of Milan-Orio al Serio, Castione della Presolana is one of the most historically linked tourism centers in Val Seriana. There are many different experiences you can do during your stay in this beautiful location. The streets of the center are pervaded by ancient villas, evidence of the presence of famous architects responsible for making holiday homes for politicians and senators as early as 1800. Quiet and surrounded by greenery, Castione is the ideal destination for families and children; its center is animated and characterized by numerous shops, but just turn the corner to find yourself immersed in the silence of its parks.
On the border with Val di Scalve, the Presolana pass gives us very adrenaline views: we are talking about the “Salto degli Sposi”: a balcony overlooking the Val di Scalve and from which you can admire the famous and spectacular landscape, so wild and rugged.
The two ski areas, Monte Pora and Presolana organize ski courses during the winter season.
On the slopes, entertainment is guaranteed for the youngest and large solarium for adults to relax.
There are several paths that can be used both with snowshoes and with mountaineering skis.
