The Como shipping company provides year-round ferry services from the beautiful promenade to the other picturesque towns around Lake Como.
You can reach Milan with its international airports Linate and Malpensa, in a 50-minute drive (49 km). The Swiss city of Lugano in Switzerland (with its own regional airport) is only 45 minutes away (41 km).
Whether you're a water-skier or a scuba diver, Lake Como offers water sports enthusiasts a myriad of activities. The countryside is perfect for taking long walks, going hiking, trekking, cycling or mountain biking.
If you love skiing and snowboarding, you're in luck: The famous winter sports resorts St. Moritz (CH, ca. 140 km), Madesimo, Bormio and Livigno (Ital., ca. 180 km) are only 2.5 and 3 hours away by car, respectively.

Commission Details

The property brokerage engagement with “Finest Italian Estates S.r.l.” (an affiliate of Engel & Völkers Italia S.r.l.) and/or use of the services listed in our brochure or the property for sale on our property cards are governed by a specific agreement and pertinent clauses.
