This beautiful stone farm, of medieval origin, is located in the municipality of Siena, at the foot of the Sienese Montagnola. The original structure of the buildings has been enlarged and modified over the centuries, according to the needs of the owners of the time. The farm is accessed via a local road, at the entrance there is a gate, from which you continue along the private road, adorned with cypresses. The farm consists of a main farmhouse of about 300 square meters, completely renovated by the owner in the years 2008 - 2009 preserving the original architecture, 2 outbuildings and a large barn to be restored. In front of the main farmhouse, there is another building, where on the ground floor (over 110 square meters) the cellar for the production of wine was formerly located, while on the first floor, also of about 110 square meters, there is another housing unit to be restored. It should be noted that the cellar, the huts and the barn have the dimensions, heights and all the characteristics to be eventually transformed into a residential unit. On the outside, there is a masonry fishpond and the ancient well for collecting rainwater, used for irrigation of the orchard and vegetable garden, as well as a small pond. The land surrounding the farm, of about 7 hectares, is partly made up of wood, arable land and specialized olive groves. The part of land currently used for arable land up to about 25 years ago produced excellent quality wine.
