The estate is set on the hills of Maiolati Spontini, in Le Marche region, one of the most suitable municipalities for the production of the so called "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi" wine.
The appellation of controlled origin of the "Verdicchio dei Castelli di Jesi" is in fact reserved only for the wine produced in the oldest original area that extends from the municipalities located along the banks of the river Esino up to the hilly centers overlooking the Misa and Nevola valleys.
The estate is located in the heart of Le Marche region and boasts a strategic position: 20 km from the city of Jesi, 30 km from the Ancona Falconara Airport and the A14 highway, 40 km from Ancona and the homonymous port.
