What you should know about this apartment

Amenities and special features of this apartment

The building that we present consists of 5 levels with double exposure over the old town of Dres and the highway. The access to the garages takes place from the old town with two separated electric doors which opens on 3 parking places; from the garages (P-2) there is access to the house by the glazes lift or by the stairs. On the upper floor (P-1) are located: a laundry room, an ironing room and a tiny depandance for guests equipped with bathroom, kitchen, living room and cellar. On the upper floor (P0) are located: the pedestrian access, the outdoor parking places and an open compartment designed for a future apartment or office. The upper floor (P1) corresponds to the night area which is accessed from the upper floor by an internal staircase and also already exists the elevator landing for a future access by the lift. At this level there are two bedrooms facing the veranda overlooking the lake, a walk-in closet and a bathroom. At the floor (P2) there is the living area (as from images), a wide open space, a kitchen and a bathroom, the whole thing surrounded by a large terrace. Ends the building (P3) a large solarium terrace of the same surface of the second floor with independent access. Cles: Location and surroundings of this property

Cles is the main town of the Val di Non, an important fruit farm center, framed by the artificial lake of Santa Giustina, by the ancient Cles Castel and by the Brenta Dolomites, as well as a commercial and industrial center among the most important in Trentino. Starting from Cles, a town equipped with all services, the whole Val di Non can be explored in all directions and in its various branches and landscapes that arise always in a spectacular way. In addition to the archeological finds, that date back to neolithic and to the Bronze Age, the Tavola Clesiana is of particular interest, an edict of citizenship of the Roman era (46 AD), whose faithful reproduction is located in the square in front of Palazzo Assessorile. Cles owes its greatness to Bernardo Clesio, prince-bishop of Trento and cardinal from 1530, author of the Council of Trento, one of the greatest political religious personalities between the 15th and the 16th century in Europe. Cles is the most important crossing point and hub not only of Val di Non but also of Val di Sole and it is considered as the main tourist center of the area thanks to the vicinity of tourist destinations like Madonna di Campiglio, Folgarida e Marilleva.
