The charming and sun-drenched holiday village of Nova Ponente in the Ega Valley lies at 1,357 m above sea level and has a population of approx. 3950. The typical South Tyrolean village offers several shopping facilities such as a well-assorted delicatessen, a local butcher, an artistic flower shop, good restaurants, and a varied sports centre with tennis courts, bowling alley and ice rink. A ski slope and a toboggan run complete the facilities in the village. Nova Ponente is an ideal starting point for wonderful mountain and panoramic hikes in the nearby Dolomites, on the pastures and to the world-famous and unique Bletterbach gorge
with its geological finds. Only 10 minutes away by car you can reach the varied and very well-kept 18-hole golf course in Petersberg, which is playable from April to October. In winter, shuttle buses connect the villages with the Ski Center Latemar-Obereggen, which awaits you with 48 km of slopes and numerous opportunities for cross-country skiing and tobogganing. The Skiarea Carezza directly under the Catinaccio is only 15 minutes away and offers skiers and snowshoe hikers a nice variety. The appointment for the sale with ourselves and/or our agent is effected by written agreement or through utilization of our services on the basis of the service brochure/exposé and its related conditions.
